Responsibilities
- Coordinate workload planning and scheduling for routine and reactive maintenance tasks
- Support and develop the engineering team, facilitating training and growth opportunities
- Prepare customer quotations, manage sales orders, and handle invoicing efficiently
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend accessories, services, and R&M contracts
- Produce Bills of Materials and manage stock and project documentation using Sage
- Ensure accuracy of business records, including job cards, product movement, and customer documents
- Use Sage confidently for project management, invoicing, and stock management
- Assist with website product listings and support mobile and telematics tools
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and data validation efforts
- Support purchasing activities, supplier benchmarking, and researching alternative options
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Relevant qualification in business administration, management, commerce, or industrial engineering
- Understanding of refrigeration or temperature control systems, electrical components an advantage
- Experience in operations management and organisational effectiveness
- Proficiency in Sage, Excel, CAD, and Adobe tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to produce accurate documentation and juggle multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to drive system improvements
- Resilient under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and collaboration
