What You'll Be Doing:
- Sampling all incoming materials to verify quality
- Checking materials against approved specifications
- Creating and updating documentation for quality records
- Updating batch status on electronic Inventory Management Systems such as SAGE or SAP
- Maintaining a clean and organised Sampling Booth and sampling areas
- Carrying out general office duties, including filing documentation
- Keeping training records up to date at all times
- Adhering strictly to GMP / GDP regulations
- Supporting other tasks as required within your skillset and training
What We're Looking For in You:
- Experience in general administration or quality control roles
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and regulations accurately
- Good communication skills and team-minded attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Experience with inventory management or related systems (SAGE / SAP) is a bonus but not essential
