We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Product Administrator to join our client in Swindon. You’ll be joining a thriving, passionate and creative team of individuals, working together to facilitate seamless customer experience.
As Product Administrator, you will:
- Fulfil product orders and deliver customer service excellence
- Mange product data, maintain inventory levels and products pricing
- Receive and process returns
- Manage epos and EPoS software
- Liaise with internal colleagues across all areas of the organisation
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service/administrative skills
- Ability to use problem solving skills and being comfortable working with epos and EPoS software
- Excellent communication and ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
- Good numerical, IT and organisation skills
- Ability to work well in a team
