Product Administrator

Temp to Perm


£11.50 per hour


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Product Administrator to join our client in Swindon. You’ll be joining a thriving, passionate and creative team of individuals, working together to facilitate seamless customer experience.

As Product Administrator, you will:

  • Fulfil product orders and deliver customer service excellence
  • Mange product data, maintain inventory levels and products pricing
  • Receive and process returns
  • Manage epos and EPoS software
  • Liaise with internal colleagues across all areas of the organisation

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong customer service/administrative skills
  • Ability to use problem solving skills and being comfortable working with epos and EPoS software
  • Excellent communication and ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
  • Good numerical, IT and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
