Print Finisher

Experienced Print Finisher 

We are currently seeking an Experienced Print Finisher or someone with prior experience in a print production environment to join our team in Swindon. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure—particularly during busy periods and holiday cover (notably throughout December).

Role Details:

• Position: Print Finisher

• Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts

  • Week 1: 6:00am–2:00pm

  • Week 2: 2:00pm–10:00pm

• Starting Rate: £13.00 per hour during the 3-month probation period

• Contract:

  • Initially through an agency for 3 months

  • Permanent contract offered directly upon successful completion of probation

• Location: Swindon

• Start Date: Immediate

 Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in print finishing or a print production environment

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required

• Ability to commit to rotating shifts and potentially night shifts in the future

• Reliable and punctual with a good attitude to work
