Part-Time Finance Administrator (Temp to Perm – Long-Term Role)
Pay - £13.47 per hour Hours - 20 Hours per Week

Place - Swindon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team on a part-time, temp-to-perm basis. This position is expected to be long-term, as there is uncertainty around the return of the current finance administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase ledger entries

  • Generating and issuing invoices

  • Checking and reconciling accounts

  • Supporting general finance admin duties as required

Key requirements

  • Previous purchase ledger experience

  • Some finance background – doesn’t need to be extensive

  • Confident working with invoices and checking account records

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

  • Available for 20 hours per week (flexible on how hours are split)
