What you’ll be doing:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets through engaging outbound calls and clever sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with existing customers to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Managing accounts proactively — processing orders, raising invoices, following up on payments, and spotting opportunities for growth.
  • Supporting the external sales team with sales forecasts, pipeline management, and follow-up on key quotations.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient order processing and timely fulfilment.
  • Monitoring performance via KPIs such as sales metrics, dormant account reactivation, and order accuracy.
  • Providing top-notch customer support by resolving queries and going the extra mile to delight clients.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer records within the CRM system and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

Ideal Candidate 

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or account management in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organisational abilities and keen time management.
  • Confident with CRM systems and order processing software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • An independent worker who also enjoys team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and distribution channels.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management techniques.
