Internal Account Administrator

Full-time: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)

Location: Hybrid Based in our Newbury Office

Start Date: ASAP

The Role - The Internal Account Administrator is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Internal Sales team. This role involves managing day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and contributing to overall team productivity.

What You'll be doing...

  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfilment and invoicing. Handle order amendments and cancellations as required.
  • Quote Management: Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to develop and manage quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
