Job Title: Grounds Operative
Hourly rate: £9.27 per hour
Term: Spring / Summer 2021
Location: Swindon
Maintenance and upgrading of grounds and parks in central Swindon
Main Duties:
- Lawn maintenance
- Mowing - hand and ride-on
- Strimming
- Trimming shrubs
- Planting of plants and flowers
- Used to driving transit type vehicles
- Litter picker or collecting fly-tipping on rare occasion
Candidate requirements:
- Full, UK driving licence
- Gardening and ground maintenance experience
- Knowledge of operating gardening machinery such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers etc
- Ride-on mowing experience would be a huge benefit
