Export and Operations Executive

Our client is a long-established courier company in the UK specialising in both UK and international delivery services. They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and versatile individual to join their company. Based out of the Swindon branch, the successful applicant will be working in a support role directly with the IT team and Courier and Freight Forwarding divisions. This position is integral to the smooth running and efficiency of the company where the successful applicant will be

Export and Operations Executive Main Duties:

• Working with all of the branches within the business. This will include the need to stay over from time to time.
• Supporting business in all aspects of Export and Freight
• Day to day use of bespoke courier system
• Reporting directly to Managing Director and working very closely with all branch managers

Export and Operations Executive Candidate Requirements

• Experience with Export, Freight Forwarding, Air Freight and Sea Freight is essential
• Parcel Delivery services are highly desirable. 
• Good IT skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Problem solver and quick learner
• Cope well under pressure
• Good team player
• Organised & proactive
• Happy to travel between different sites is essential
• Flexible
