Experienced Print Finisher
Location: Swindon
Salary: £13.00 per hour (increasing upon successful completion of probation and permanent employment)
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Print Finisher to join a busy and established print production business in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous print finishing or print production experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.
The successful candidate will initially be employed through the agency for a 3-month probation period. Following successful completion, a permanent contract will be offered directly by the client.
Key Responsibilities

Operating print finishing equipment safely and efficiently

Completing a range of finishing tasks including cutting, folding, binding, laminating and packaging

Ensuring all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Supporting production targets and deadlines

Assisting across different areas of production as required
Requirements

Previous experience in print finishing or a print production environment is essential

Ability to work rotating double-day shifts

Flexible approach to overtime, particularly during peak periods and holiday cover

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

Forklift licence desirable but not essential
