We’re working with a well-established company in the Swindon area who are looking for experienced Embroidery Machinists / Operators to join their friendly production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in embroidery, garment decoration, or textile production who is looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive working environment.
The Roles:
Day Shift

Monday to Friday

07:00 – 15:30

Evening Shift
Responsibilities:

Setting up and operating embroidery machines

Monitoring production to ensure high-quality output

Preparing garments and materials for embroidery

Routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Working efficiently to meet deadlines

Maintaining a tidy and safe work area
About You:
-
Previous experience as an Embroidery Machinist / Embroidery Operator / Embroidery Production Assistant (or similar)

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet production needs
