We are currently recruiting for a Drivers Mate to join a busy delivery team for our Client. This role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality furniture directly to customers’ homes while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. This is a hands-on position that requires teamwork, communication skills, and a professional attitude when interacting with customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the driver with multi-drop deliveries across the region.

Safely deliver furniture to customers’ homes following their chosen delivery method.

Support loading and unloading of furniture at the warehouse and customer locations.

Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure safe handling and delivery of products.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and act as a professional representative on-site.

Assist with product returns where required and support safe vehicle manoeuvring when necessary.

Use delivery systems and complete required delivery checks.
