Location:                 Swindon

Salary:                    £9.00 - £9.50 per hour

Overview

We are looking for someone to provide a high level of customer service to our customers through a variety of channels. The successful applicant will be the primary point of contact in managing customer requests and enquiries across all channels and ensuring all customers are given the best possible outcome.

You will work closely with our internal brand and production leads, and external suppliers and couriers, to make sure all information given to customers is accurate and all queries can be resolved quickly. As this will include the management of customer service through multiple channels, you will need to be able to manage your own workload whilst working collaboratively with the team.

We’d love the successful applicant to be proactive in their approach to customer service, by proposing ways to improve our products and customer experience based on feedback received from our customers.

We are a collaborative small team that are always forward thinking and customer first. This means we have to be flexible in our day-to-day role and we often jump in and out of other tasks as and when needed. Whilst the primary role will be focussed on customer service the role sometimes may require getting involved with other areas of the business such as general admin tasks, website updates, reporting and research. Full training will be provided where required.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer contact through email, phone call and social media accounts
  • Ensuring all customer queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Increasing engagement on social media with community management
  • Upholding a strong brand voice in all communications
  • Understanding and following the order process from start to finish
  • Some other ad-hoc duties may be required

Essential skills:

  • Organisation
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken

Desirable skills:

  • Previous e-commerce customer service experience
  • Social media community management
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with the brand

This is a full-time temporary role, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
