Customer Returns Assistant
We are looking for an experienced customer focused candidate who has worked within a quality control/stock management environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close knit family run company who are growing organically year on year!
The role will be to support our Returns Manager in the processing of our customer returns, the return of damaged/unwanted books to suppliers and supporting the Returns Manager .
The key skills for this role are -
- Competent in both Microsofts Excel & Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including via email to our suppliers.
The successful candidate needs to be self-motivated, diligent and an enthusiastic team player with an eye for detail.
Candidates will need their own transport due to the location of our client.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,500.00 to £19,500.00 /year
