£13.75/hour + Overtime + £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus
Rotating Shifts – Monday to Friday (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
We’re hiring Forklift Counterbalance Operators in Blagrove, West Swindon! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse environment where you’ll be part of a reliable, hard-working team.
Job Role:

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading pallets
-
Moving stock and materials around the warehouse

General warehouse duties when required

Overtime paid after 40 hours per week (£14.75 per hour)
Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

Previous forklift experience

Good awareness of health & safety in a warehouse environment

Reliability and a strong work ethic
Pay and Perks:

£13.75 per hour (increasing to £14.75 after 40 hours weekly)
