Our client, a highly successful online retailer, is seeking a Social Media Manager to work in their Swindon based premises. This full-time role is within the e-commerce industry working for an increasingly busy company.
Our client is looking for a new team member to manage the brand's ecommerce and digital marketing strategy and end-to-end execution. Your main priority will be focused on all Social Media platform.
The candidate should have experience in a similar digital role, preferably within the Fashion sector (but not essential), with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual with the drive to set and exceed targets. You will be able to work both analytically and creatively to ultimately drive traffic and increase sales. 
Social Media Manager Job Role
Day to day maintenance and marketing of our social media, identifying improvements where necessary
Define and manage the seasonal ecommerce strategy to drive traffic and sales
Build and manage social media marketing campaigns and drive customer interaction 
Analyse product performance, customer and social media data
Generate reports and presenting results to the team
Liaise with the team to help grow sales and ensure all channels are aligned
Create fresh and new ideas for social media advertising
Identify market competitors and monitor their efforts regularly
Social Media Manager Candidate Key requirements
Experience in Social Media, digital marketing and technology, preferably for the Fashion sector
Analytically strong and numerate
Shopify, Bigcommerse or similar experience 
Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp or similar experience
Able to demonstrate or present a successful achievement that you're proud of
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to work to deadlines and meet agreed targets
Working Photoshop/ InDesign knowledge preferred
