Location:                    Swindon (Based from Witney)

Term:                          Permanent

Days:                          Mon - Sat. Must work Saturdays with day off in lieu.

Hours:                        Standard: 08:30 - 17:30 other than Tuesdays: 08:30 - 20:00. Fridays: 08:30 - 15:00

Other info:                 You will be required to use your own transport until you pass your probation period (3 months). After, you will use our client's pool vehicle.

 

Our client is a well-established local estate and letting agent. They have high standards; hard work, drive and excellent customer and offer an exceptional level of training, support and development in return. The Sales and Letting Team are at the front of the business, meeting clients, selling and letting properties and generating new business on a daily basis!

In most cases, you will work five days a week from 8:30am until 5:30pm, but some evenings will be necessary. You are required to work Saturdays and extra hours will be expected on some occasions.
The role is based at our Central Office in Witney, however some of your time will be spent visiting customers or properties. For this reason, a driving license is essential.
Due to the nature of the position, you will be representing our clients brand every day. Smart, business dress is required at all times.
 

The Sales and Letting Manager role

  • You are responsible for matching people looking to buy or rent with the right property.
  • Key to the role is support for your local Sales and Letting Director in the marketing of our property portfolio
  • Helping customers with phone and email enquiries. Your biggest challenge will be offering excellent customer service, often over the phone rather than in person.
  • Being confident and friendly is essential.
  • Part of your role will be helping to manage the busy viewings diary.
  • Constantly keeping your clients up to date will make all the difference to your success.
  • Negotiating the offers as they come in. Striking the deal, recommending add-on services, plus making sure that the deal will hold together by monitoring the chain.
