Job Title: Retail and Salon Manager
Salary: £12.50 - £13
Location: Swindon
Sector: Retail – Beauty
Main Duties:
- Day to day running and managing
- Training students /monitoring employees
- Organising and structuring of lessons plans/ teaching hair nails or beauty
- Marketing strategy and business promotion
- Servicing clients in the salon clinic and shop handling of payments/accounts organising the books
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Must have qualifications in Hair Beauty and nails eyebrows threading waxing.
- Knowledge of Aesthetics, micro blading, RF thread veins, tattoos and permanent hair removals
- Knowledge of Acrylic and gel nails extensions and nail art eye lash extensions
- Knowledge of hair permanent straightening, perming, relaxing, cut and blow dry, colour, put ups and bridal hair
- Application of weave and different types of extensions
- Children’s hair and gents barbering
