Salary:                        £18,500 - £19,500 per annum

Days:                          Monday - Friday

 

Our client is a local manufacturing company and are looking for an administrator to assist the back office.

 

Daily Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collating design and "call-off" details to produce hard copy plot files.
  • Close liaison with Contracts Team to ensure that the call off and handover information is accurate, inclusive, and allows data entry to be accuracy.
  • Input all data entry of order confirmations accurately, and in accordance with customer order requirements
  • Producing fitting packs – collating information to be sent to kitchen fitters
  • Liaise with warehouse personnel to ensure parts are ready for delivery
  • Producing and printing delivery paperwork
  • Report status regularly to the Contract Office Manager, enabling re-alignment of priorities.
  • Checking and validating fitter invoices before approving and passing to Accounts
  • Other associated administration duties as required and instructed by the Contracts Team Leader

 

Skill Requirements

  • Attention to detail, task focus and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and able to work under pressure
  • Understanding of the product and construction industry preferred.
  • Able to maintain focus and concentrate within a busy and sometimes noisy office environment.
  • Numerate and literate.  Touch typing and/or ability to transpose/type accurately and at speed.
  • Order entry experience or similar data entry is essential.
  • Able to work to agreed procedures, processes, and work instructions, and confident to liaise with others where there is ambiguity or uncertainty at point of entry.
