Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus company vehicle
Our client is looking for a civils/groundworks Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team. This role will be hands-on - you will be expected to visit site in-person to evaluate each project.
Main Duties:
- Full QS and commercial duties on new and existing projects
- Must visit sites to evaluate each project
- Assist with management of all project costs
- Oversee process from initial enquiry, survey, estimate through to completion and final costs
- Ensure costs are minimised yet correct and accurate
Candidate requirements:
- Experience of working on groundwork projects particularly surfacing
- Traditional approach - this is not just an office role
- QS qualified
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to work within 2 hour radius of Swindon
