Quality Systems Administrator


Our well-established client who is consistently growing year on year are expanding once again. We are looking to recruit a Quality Systems Administrator reporting to the QHSE Manager.


The Role:


To support the QHSE Manager by carrying out key quality administration activities.



Main Duties:


  • Administering the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation including preparation, review, approval and distribution
  • Supporting the Quality Team and other Departments developing documentation required for key business processes
  • Ensuring QMS documentation complies with the requirements of ISO 9001
  • Administering the Design / Document Change Note (DCN) system
  • Other duties as required by a Manager or Director of the Company



Skills and Experience


  • Experience of a quality administrative role in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience of writing quality procedures
  • Good working knowledge of quality standards and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel





  • Experience of dealing with external certification / customer audits
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Knowledge of AS9100.





  • Salary will be between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum depending on capabilities and experience
  • The position is full- time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
