Times: 7:30 – 16:30 pm Monday-Thursday with an hour lunch and 7:30 to 15:30 Friday with an hour for lunch.
Overtime maybe required during busy periods.

Brief Description
The Production Planner needs to be knowledgeable of the manufacturing production process and the need to meet customer demand by optimizing and maintaining sales order transaction processes.

Job Responsibilities
• Ownership of on-time delivery and availability targets supporting the region and factory.
• Own regional improvements supporting business objectives and metrics to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide detailed feedback to facilitate a communication loop with internal departments.
• Work with sub-contractors and factory personnel to develop delivery schedules, execute the schedule, and actively provide support and feedback when any delay in delivery occurs.
• Evaluates order specifications to determine manufacturing process requirements at regional and factory levels.
• Responsible for all inventory transactions and accountable to inventory accuracy
• Responsible to create, registering, and posting, work order pick tickets, production orders and packing slips to expedite shipments as needed in ERP system.
• Managing of orders; in-process and sold to agreed-upon delivery schedule.
• Swift and timely responses to all stakeholders, customers, and peers; take ownership to quickly and accurately answer questions and resolve issues.
• Actively participates in kaizen events supporting customer satisfaction, delivery and customer experience.
Candidate Requirments
• Standard Education with relevant qualifications.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in manufacturing operations, planning, or customer service-related role.
• Must have a standard level of Excel and Microsoft packages
• Continuous improvement exposure, training or certifications
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Understanding of inventory flow and production control processes.
• Able to follow processes and operate professionally with a sense of urgency.
• Commitment to putting customers first, continuous improvement, and winning.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to engage effectively and maintain relationships in a team environment.
• Independent and able to function effectively without guidance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including OT and weekends on an occasional basis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
