Production Operative

£10.26 - £11.05 per hour
Our client is a small family-run garment print and embroidery company based in Swindon.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual who can join our team as a general production operative. This is a hands-on position that will involve working closely with the production team to set production requirements and deadlines.
Main Duties:
- Supporting embroidery operators by stripping and steaming garments.
- Weeding of vinyl.
- Pressing of heat transfers.
- Mug printing.
- Pre-treating of garments for DTG printing.
- Operating DTG printers.
- Sorting, folding, and packing garments and orders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferably have a proven track record in the print or embroidery industry
- Experience in a similar production role
- Ambitious character - someone who is keen to grow with the company
Other Information:
Monday- Friday 8 hour shift working either 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00 or 06:00 - 14:00
