Job Title                       Sales Administrator

Role                             Permanent, Part time

Hours / Days                08:30 - 16:30, Thursday and Friday. Optional cover available for holiday etc

Rate:                            £9.00 - £9.50 per hour

Location:                      Swindon


Sales Administrator / Credit Control

  • Sales order processing – orders received by email, phone, fax
  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Credit control. Ensuring accounts paid on time to 30 day terms
  • Handling account queries
  • Processing customer payments - BACS/Worldpay/Credit Card
  • Releasing orders to warehouse
  • Processing Sales Return notes and Credit notes
  • Run statements and letter runs
  • Processing Irish bank payments
  • Assist sales reps on a daily basis
  • Sorting Post
  • Orders for sundries and stationery through Lyreco
  • Providing general assistance, and holiday cover etc in the office where needed.


Sales Administrator requirements:

  • Suitable Credit Control experience
  • Must be PC literate and able to use MS office
  • Sales Admin experience
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • About to work on their own initiative
  • Preferably be able to use Sage Line 50 - not essential though.
