JOB TITLE:                            PA Receptionist

REPORTING TO:                   Manager/Directors       

ROLE OVERVIEW:                To provide Customer Service support for clients by answering their telephone calls.                                               

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Answer telephone promptly in the manner specified by clients 
  2. Provide information about clients’ and their services
  3. Take messages accurately on their behalf
  4. Deliver clients’ messages to them promptly and accurately
  5. Maintain reputation for high-quality service
  6. Undertake general office duties as required
