As a Logistics (Import – Export) coordinator, you are responsible for the follow-up from order to delivery in our warehouse in the import side, on the export side, you are responsible for all shipments worldwide
Logistics (Import-Export) Coordinator Main Duties:
- You manage the entire logistics process.
- Communication and coordination with our forwarders.
- Request export documents with our custom agency.
- Drawing up of documents: Origin certificates.
- Checking the execution of all tasks are in line with local legislation and regulations.
- Control of purchase invoices and execution of the invoicing.
- Follow up changes in customs regulations in both import and export area.
- Ensuring all company Trade Compliance procedures are adhered too.
- Reporting: on time delivery of our suppliers and forwarders, freight costs.
Logistics (Import-Export) Coordinator
- Experience in logistics.
- You have several years of experience with import and export.
- You work fluently with MS-office (strong in Excel) and other IT systems (Salesforce.com would be an advantage)
