Job Title: Lettings Administrator

Term: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £20,000 - £23,500 per annum
Days / Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with occasional Saturdays
Maintenance Administrator Position overview:
Our client, a very well-known, independent estate and lettings agent in Swindon, is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team. This is a very good opportunity for the right person to progress their career and join an all-round excellent and knowledgeable team.
Lettings Administrator Duties:
- Main reception responsibilities
- Dealing with maintenance of rental property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Arranging and coordinating contractors
- General administration tasks
- Dealing with both telephone and email queries
- Organising gas safety inspections
- Organising EPC’s
- Booking appointments / managing the diary
- Flexibility to assist with property viewings during busier periods
Lettings Administrator Candidate Requirements:
- Experience of working within residential lettings
- Knowledge and understanding of the lettings process
- Very strong organisational skills
- PC Literate and able to use MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Up to date references
- Professional and efficient approach to tasks
- Able to Take initiative
