Summarized Job Description
- Carrying installs on domestic and some commercial premises
- Pipes and fixtures
- Sanitary ware
- Heating systems and water heaters
- Relevant testing and test sheets
- Maintenance and repair work
- Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify issues - worn parts, failure points etc
- Reactive and emergency works as required by customer
- Refits and modifications of systems – pipes and fixtures
- Follows health and safety standards and complies with building codes
- Complete job reports/notes with summary of actions taken with our electronic job card system
- Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
- Working with rest of team and at times other contractors
- Support apprentices in learning

Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification is preferable for Heating and Plumbing Engineer position
- Previous Experience
- 5 years previous experience is preferable for Heating and Plumbing Engineer Position
- 2 years previous experience is preferable for Plumber position
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You will be dealing with a variety of clients and members of the team - this is essential for the role
- Flexible and adaptable
- Flexible to work extra hours if needed
- Team player but ability to work on your own initiative
- UK Driving Licence is required for both positions
- Relevant qualifications highly beneficial
