Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours p/w)
Pay rate: £10 per hour.
Our client is a reputable cleaning and grounds Maintenance Company. They are looking to recruit grounds maintenance operatives to join the team in the Swindon area. This is a mobile role, travelling to various sites to carry out grounds maintenance is a required specification.
Duties will include:
- Lawn Cutting
- Hedge Pruning
- Weed Control
- Shrub Maintenance
- Sweeping
Candidate requirements:
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
- Drivers licence essential- van provided
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- 1 Years’ previous experience within a grounds environment
- Knowledge of relevant machinery.
- Ability to implement Health and Safety requirements to ensure safe working practices.
- Be able to follow a schedule and work to deadlines - while being able to work without supervision
