A fast paced on-line clothing retail company are seeking a skilled individual to join their Ecommerce department. 

As an on-line market leader, our client is going through a sustained period of growth. Now entering into their ninth year, they have huge expansions planned in the coming years and they feel that now is a perfect opportunity to someone join their team for an exciting, long-term career.

The successful candidate will be looking to join a fast expanding organisation.

The role will be to assist with listing items on our client's retail website as well as Ebay and Amazon.  The candidate will also be required to do customer service. Your duties will include:

  • List products on various on-line platforms such as eBay & Amazon and own website
  • Monitor the on-line sales performance to make sure the seller account is in good standing
  • Maintain the listings and item descriptions
  • Research price levels and products on-line
  • Working on own initiative is a must
  • Thinking of fresh ideas for the business
  • Ensure all Product specifications and descriptions are immediately updated if amended, improved or upgraded by our suppliers
  • Managing product databases and SKU’s
  • Assisting Management with daily duties
  • Assisting with phone enquiries and sales leads

Candidate requirements:

  • Preferably have professional experience of selling on eBay, Amazon or other on-line marketplaces
  • Previous experience within a direct customer contact role (face to face or telephone)
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Enthusiastic about e-commerce and on-line sales
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at different levels.
  • Computer and internet literate with common office software experience
  • Good at planning, prioritising, organising and multitasking
  • Strong MS Office/Excel
  • Photoshop exp preferable
  • Excellent communication & organisation skills
  • Conscientious, friendly, respectful and self-motivated
  • Good judgement & decision making skills

Required experience

  • Customer Service (Minimum 1 year)
  • Retail knowledge
  • Excel (very good)
  • Having experience selling via Amazon and Ebay would be advantageous
