Our client is a family owned Company offering daily fulfilment and specialist logistic services to a wide variety of clients. 

Key Responsabilitys

  • To manage the operational and administrational requirements covering multiple accounts in order to fulfill orders,
  • plan inbound and outbound deliveries day by day.
  • Daily communication with your customers by phone & email regarding receipt and order requirements.
  • Receiving and processing orders on our Warehouse Management System in line with customer priorities and delivery dates.
  • Addressing client requirements, and ensuring any issues and challenges are resolved swiftly.
  • Liaising with warehouse colleagues on order priorities and completion including key account requirements.
  • Shipping orders inline with customer requirements, producing dispatch documentation, delivery notes, shipping labels on various carrier systems.
  • Monitor outbound shipments and liaise couriers on any delays and delivery problems.
  • Closing orders off at the end of each day.
  • Provide reports in line with customers agreement/SLA. Promptly communicate to customers any discrepancies, damages or out of stock situations

Candidate requirements 

  • Excellent organisational and administration skills are essential
  • flexible approach to work
  • good attention to detail and empathetic customer service skills
  • Competent in the use of Windows Office Packages and Logistics Management Systems
