Overall Responsibility

This position as a Customer Services Representative (CSR) has responsibility for the smooth running and the servicing of a selection of our customers in the retail channel. 

The CSR will need to liaise ongoing with other departments in the company including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Operations.

Key Ongoing Tasks

  • Receive and deal with incoming calls
  • Use system SAP to enter data and process customer orders
  • Resolve enquiries as far as possible to their conclusion by phone or email
  • Take follow-up action effectively by liaising with other Departments
  • Handle complaints and escalate when appropriate
  • Investigate credit/returns requests and process on system
  • Offer administrative support to Sales Representatives
  • Develop relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Ensure a proactive, positive and flexible approach to the variety of tasks and work patterns as the Customer Services Administrator role develops
  • Work well with colleagues so that learning and experience is shared
  • Cover colleagues workload during holidays/absence
  • Attend and contribute to monthly CS team meeting
  • Have a good understanding of the Company’s products and business structure


Requirements for Customer Service Representative                                                                                   

  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Good communication skills – written/oral                            
  • Previous Customer Service Experience                                  
  • Enjoy dealing with customers and solving issues                                                
  • Good system and PC skills                                                            
  • Familiar with MS Office Package
