Job Title:         Customer Service Administrator             
Contract:         Ongoing
Salary:             £8.50 - £9.00 per hour
Daily Hours:    9:00am - 5:00pm


Our client is a mobile phone/computer repair shop based in the town centre and they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for customers both face to face and over the phone.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front of shop greeting customers both face to face and over the phone.
  • Replying to e-mail queries
  • Updating customers as and when needed.
  • To assist with any admin tasks as required.
  • Ordering stationary.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Verbal and written communication skills to a high standard
  • Previous Customer Service/Administration experience
  • Friendly and welcoming manner
