Job Title: Customer Account Sales Administrator
Location: Swindon
Salary: £18,500 per annum
Bonus: Bonus scheme upon successful completion of probation

Due to internal promotions within the department, Our client's Customer Services is looking for a Customer Account Sales Administrator.
Main Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by proactively managing customer accounts
- Handling of queries
- Use of in-house software as well as MS Office products
- Processing orders
- Reporting on the progress of the orders and expediting as needed.
- Work efficiently and accurately
Candidate Requirements:
- A good standard of education
- NVQ Level 3 in customer service or previously recognised for customer service duties
- 1 year in either account management or b2b customer service role
- Articulate
- Good Literacy / Numeracy skills
- Good IT Skills
- Willingness to help people
- Positive attitude
- Ability to take ownership of customer problems
