Job Title:                 Customer Account Sales Administrator

Location:                 Swindon

Salary:                    £18,500 per annum

Bonus:                   Bonus scheme upon successful completion of probation

Due to internal promotions within the department, Our client's Customer Services is looking for a Customer Account Sales Administrator.

 

Main Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by proactively managing customer accounts
  • Handling of queries
  • Use of in-house software as well as MS Office products
  • Processing orders
  • Reporting on the progress of the orders and expediting as needed.
  • Work efficiently and accurately

Candidate Requirements:

  • A good standard of education
  • NVQ Level 3 in customer service or previously recognised for customer service duties
  • 1 year in either account management or b2b customer service role
  • Articulate
  • Good Literacy / Numeracy skills
  • Good IT Skills
  • Willingness to help people
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to take ownership of customer problems
