Skills and abilities include:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- General computer literate skills.
- Willing to learn
Duties will include:
- Production of CAD drawings as required under guidance of Senior CAD Manager.
- Conversion of external architect’s drawings to our CAD standard, to ensure specific information is included.
- Production of door and window schedules into MS Excel from drawings
- Production of floor area summary spreadsheets, to be used for sales specifications.
- Producing and maintaining a drawing register of all drawings produced.
- Monitoring and ensuring printing resources are kept at a adequate level.
- Printing and folding of full size drawings for issue to site contractors.
