Our well-established client based in Shrivenham are looking for an experienced business analyst to join their thriving company.

 

Duties will include;

•             Undertake & present all statistical analysis required from time to time by the business, including but not limited to toner usage & warranty reports.

•             Control & be responsible for project/public sector/support pricing from end to end. From the timely renewal of soon to expire pricing, to the monthly claims (with supporting evidence) sent to the German parent, and ultimately the receipt and reconciliation of claim to credit note.

•             Timely & accurate calculation/preparation & presentation of the monthly project accrual.

•             PSI co-ordination. Preparation & submission of forecast purchasing requirements, to be sent to the German parent within deadlines, based on run-rates, large anticipated orders, new stock lines etc, and input from the PSI team.

•             Preparation & co-ordination of weekly purchase orders, arising from weekly PSI/Purchasing meetings. Optimisation of stock levels within pre-defined parameters.

•             Control of the Central UK-Cal file, and all that entails.

•             Responsible for the creation of new products on the Navision system, to include hardware/software/consumables but not spare parts.

•             Prepare data files for the monthly Technical Finance meeting & Technical slides for the monthly Management meetings, within deadlines.

•             Compile and submit slides from the Finance meeting, to the parent within deadlines.

•             Compile and submit weekly sales forecasts, from data supplied by the sales force within deadlines.

•             Timely production of excess Toner & Termination calculations (standard & tiered billing). Provision to Customer Support Manager for invoicing.

•             General data analysis/presentations, that don’t fall under the umbrella of the specific roles above, & as may be required by the business/senior management team.

•             To utilise your skills to achieve (or exceed) the targets allocated to you and the activity targets that you have been set on an on-going basis.

•             Utilise the support available from other team members and departments to maximise effect e.g. Sales teams, Technical support and your own departmental colleagues

•             Prepare quarterly Market Intelligence information for 3rd party data houses and compile and update competitive information as required
