Our client is an independent Builders Merchant, specialising in the supply of UPVC roofline products and cladding. They value our customer care and focus on supplying our customers excellence in
the services and products they supply, with the highest desire to gain total customer satisfaction and confidence in the business.
Requirement:
They are looking to appoint a Branch Manager at our Swindon unit.
Branch Manager Main duties:
- Involved with all the dealings of running a branch efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Managing a busy Trade counter
- Provide customers with information, such as pricing, stock availability, deliveries etc
- Organising deliveries by our own transport, and sending out deliveries by courier
- Resolve any customer issues
- Managing other members of staff
- Maximise and grow sales by developing and following up on enquiries, and building customer relationships with new and existing customers.
Branch Manager Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience of managing in a Builders merchant
- Management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills
Other information:
- A competitive salary of upwards of £26000.00 a year, depending on experience
- A bonus scheme
- No weekend work
- Hours of work are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- 28 days holiday per annum
