Our client is one of the most well-known organisations in the area, and are looking for an experienced Administrator on a 6-8 week contract to cover sickness.

Responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:

  • To provide administrative support, including:

-   Word processing, photocopying and scanning

-   Audio typing and correspondence

-   Maintaining stocks of stationery, information and forms

-   Co-ordinating out-patient appointments

-   Sending equipment for maintenance and repair

-   Co-ordination of transport requests

  • To implement efficient and effective communication and administrative processes to support the functioning of the support services
  • To act of the first point of contact
  • To respond sensitively and communicate effectively
  • To manage all incoming correspondence, and prioritise and action as agreed
  • Keep accurate information relating to study leave, sickness and prepare end of month reports for signing
  • To identify and appropriately manage urgent telephone calls and messages
  • To monitor the level of, and the ordering of supplies of books and other tools for use with children and adults in pre bereavement and bereavement
  • To be responsible for the safe storage and use of patient identifiable information
  • To maintain an up to date document filing system, which enables timely retrieval
  • To arrange and attend meetings as required by the Clinical Lead and Team Leader
  • To be responsible for producing agenda’s and meeting notes for designated meetings, including multi-disciplinary meetings, as requested by Clinical Lead and Team Leaders
  • To raise purchase orders for signature, and processing to finance thought Exchequer 365
  • To record purchase orders, maintain spreadsheet for monthly invoicing
  • To scan all professional correspondence/referrals


Monday to Friday / 9am - 5pm

£9 per hour
