Hours / Days: 9.00 to 16:30.00, Mon - Fri.
Term: Maternity Leave Cover
Location: Swindon
The main responsibilities of the Administrator will be:
- Entering and chasing orders
- Filing
- Answering phones and emails
- Dealing with contractors
- Invoicing
- General admin duties
- Some credit control
- Assisting in other areas if required
Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to adjust to the day's workload at a moment's notice
- Able to work from own iniative
- Very good data entry skills.
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Up-to-date references
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard-working attitude
