Job Title: Technical Administrator
Term: Fixed term six-month contract
Salary: £17,000 to £20,000 per annum pro rata
Start date Sept 2019
Location Brinkworth, Chippenham
Overview:
We are looking at for an administrator on a fixed term, six-month contract for our client's engineering department based in Brinkworth. This would be a full time Monday to Friday role.
The Administrator duties would include:
- Feed information, details and confirmations to internal and external customers/contractors
- View, record and communicate about defects raised on the site inspection software system
- Compile construction project folders
- Communicate with sub-contractors engaged in construction and maintenance projects
- Develop facility documentation
- Issue purchase orders
- Administration of all technical documentation in relation to operated facilities
- Administration of all work carried out by sub-contractors or in-house teams
- Produce reports for management
- Submit management expenses
- Assist with health and safety administration
Administrator Required Skills:
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Very good communication skills
- Financial skills and experience in recording budgets is desirable
- Must have own transport due to location
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Strong numerate and analytical ability is essential
- Able to work as instructed and within timescales
