Job Overview:

Responsible for day to day management of customer relationship (B2B) from order entry until invoicing - order management in SAP, management of customer communication on orders, delivery dates, shipments in close contact with commercial, logistics and operations teams. Delivering outstanding customer service by serving as the primary point of contact for customers and achieving company goals on Customer Service Key Performance Indicators

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service based on achieving targets on CS KPI's on e.g. order entry, order confirmation, backlog, transaction turnaround time, output quality, blocked orders, complaints
  • Ensure customers are proactively informed about orders, shipments and delays
  • Build strong internal cross functional relationships that drive speedy resolutions and action for customers. Ensure timely and effective communication on any open issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Team to provide support as required to serve the customer, remain current on customer product needs and understand customer business
  • Drive Issue Resolution for all delayed orders regardless of root cause

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education or experience in simlar role)
  • +1 years experience in customer facing roles
  • Very good English skills, any other language is a plus (Update as required for role)
  • strong IT skills (SAP, Excel), SFDC knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Stong written and verbal communication skills
  • high level of customer proximity / customer orientation
